Retreats

We currently offer three workshops and retreats. “Big Mind / Big Heart for Self-Healing” is an introductory workshop for anyone interested in exploring the Big Mind/Big Heart process as a tool for personal growth and exploration. “Embracing Life and Death” focuses on creating a sense of purpose and how we respond to suffering in ourselves and others. Finally, in the “Sound and Silence Retreat,” we will use vocal toning and singing bowls to explore the use of sound as a tool for stress relief, energetic alignment, and self-healing.

Healing
Words

  • How much time do we take to listen? To really listen deeply, not just with our ears, but with our entire being?
  • Tune in deeply to your own center. What gives you a sense of purpose, direction, and meaning in life? What unique gifts to you bring to the world? When do you feel most aligned with your highest calling? If you are a healer or helper, what are your unique attributes? How can you best serve others?
  • Think of your daily life and routines. How much of your time is spent in “Doing” mode? This could include striving, thinking, helping, caring, fixing, problem solving, desiring, working, etc. Many of us spend most of our time in “Doing” mode.
